Guests at Earth & Soul Retreat may arrange quiet, alone time at either of the spiritual walks. 

Alternatively, if you are interested in the deeper spiritual experience, you may arrange a special guided information session for either of the spiritual walks. 

In addition you may arrange a ​Tarot reading & Numerology Analysis which may include a couple's analysis.
​Teaching sessions of Tarot & Numerology may also be arranged.
While you are staying at Earth & Soul, you have the opportunity  to engage in something completely different.
If you haven't tried it before, now is the time to consider a Numerology Analysis and perhaps a Tarot Reading.
​Treat it as a bit of entertainment but it may be some time well spent.

The Earth & Soul Labyrinth

Earth & Soul Labyrinth is a spiritual sanctuary, that provides an opportunity for a walking meditation.
There doesn't have to be any special time or season. Full Moon, solstice, equinox are times that some people see as opportunities for meaningful experiences. Walking the labyrinth can be a nice experience particularly in the early morning or early evening, but any time of day can be enjoyable.
Earth & Soul Labyrinth is located near the main residence, approx. 530 metres from the Retreats.

The Design

Earth & Soul Labyrinth
The Earth & Soul Labyrinth is based upon the 11 circle Rose Labyrinth built in the floor tiles of the Chartres Cathedral in France sometime between 1215 to 1235. ​

The Chartres Labyrinth is not a maze.
A maze is designed to trick and fool people - you can get lost in a maze.
The Labyrinth is where you find yourself.

The labyrinth is designed as a walking meditation - a spiritual pilgrimage.


The inner circle of the Labyrinth has a 6 petal rose design with each petal holding a meaning that I have based upon the teachings of the Lord's Prayer.
At the centre of the rose is the word Love.
​The 6 petals - Belief, Purpose, Kindness, Harmony, Happiness and Support - should be applied with Love.

The Process

The walk is intended to quieten the everyday mind and enhance the intuitive, creative mind.

I find the return, release, receive mantra assists in this process.


From the single entrance point, you quietly follow the single path that winds its way in to the centre of the labyrinth.



At the centre you have returned to your spiritual source. Take the time while you are there to reflect and meditate.


When you are ready, follow the meandering path back out again and return to your life in the outer world.


The inward journey of the Labyrinth is approximately 438 metres. (Inward and Outward total 876 metres.) The challenge of the labyrinth meditation is to quieten the mind for that length of time as you walk in and then to do it again and walk the return journey. While you are walking be mindful of your breathing. Try to develop a rhythm to your walking that is naturally in time with you. When you reach the centre, pause and take a breath, release and be. When you return to the outer world, pause at the exit, take a breath, release and return.

The Experience

​Combine the experience with morning/afternoon tea, lunch, or evening meal. There is a gazebo beside the Earth & Soul Labyrinth with gas BBQ facilities, Campfire & Camp Oven pit for Camp Oven cooking . 


Some people experience dramatic life changing effects, emotional, ecstatic, humbling, intuitive and inspirational while walking within the sanctuary of the labyrinth. If anything, you have taken the time to get in touch with your inner self and the primary benefit is relaxation and peace.

The Tree of Life Spiritual Walk

Tree of Life Spiritual Walk - A quiet open space in nature set within a surrounding tree-lined perimeter. The walk is delineated and marked by natural granite stones in the design of the Kabbalah's Tree of Life which is a model of the creation and formation of energy, life and the universe. Paths are identified with the names of the Tarot's Major Arcana. This is a beautiful place just to be.  The only view of the world outside of this special sanctuary is to the domed Rock on the northern horizon which is on a neighbouring property.
